The Outsourcing Manager supports in ensuring the transparency and oversight of outsourced services, increasing operational efficiency and identifying potential savings

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement the outsourcing governance framework across Asia Pacific Licensed Entities.
  • Serves as the direct responsible individual for all outsourcing management queries, compliance, and organization structure updates.
  • Will directly report/present to the licensed entities Senior management and Board of Directors important updates and matters related to outsourcing e.g. metrics not met by service providers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with intra-group and external outsourcing service providers..
  • Ensure, oversight and performance systems are in place at all major functions who are leveraging outsourcing providers.
  • Helps coordinate update of licensed entities service level agreements (accuracy, completeness) and compliance with standards.

Outsourcing Oversight

  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the outsourcing oversight framework. Operate as “first line of defense” for internal clients with respect to Service Providers’ performance.
  • Provide monthly KPI scorecard reports for intragroup services, ensuring timely delivery to internal clients.
  • Conduct due diligence requirements as per the local regulations on behalf of the licensed entities.
  • Set up Management Reporting and establish strong relationships with outsourcing partners (intragroup and 3rd parties) and regular reporting body.
  • Leverage knowledge of procedural governance and change management to support organizational changes.
  • Conduct Monthly Meetings with Service Providers and Service Owners. Respond to audit and regulatory requests by maintaining up-to-date SLAs and scorecard reports.
  • Provide intragroup outsourcing training and education for stakeholders.

Support Strategic Projects

  • Support strategic projects related to outsourcing services.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, or related field. Have demonstrated work experience in a similar function in MSB industry and processes.
  • You have extensive experience and background in outsourcing and risk management, and project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of APAC countries' Outsourcing Guidelines and other relevant general financial industry regulation requirements.
