In this role, you’ll be a subject matter expert for our  digital money transfer business and will work closely with the marketing, pricing, compliance and product delivery teams to drive our Digital growth. You will need to dig deeply into digital customer behaviors, competitive insights, and industry shifts in order to be successful in this role.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive annual planning process for your markets

  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and share diaspora knowledge

  • Understand and share customer insights and competitor insights by different segment groups

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in digital marketing, pricing, and product development

  • Identify and drive solutions for product and service gaps

  • Drive customer experience and conversion improvements on both web and app

  • Encourage a culture of experimentation to test new ideas, price points, features and marketing tactics adapted to the nuances of the market for sustained growth

  • Build and maintain relationships with in-country teams to better understand receive market behaviors/needs

  • Conduct regular business reviews with in-country teams and agent partners

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, finance, pricing, compliance and risk teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of key initiatives

  • Create new product business cases to clearly articulate ROI, competitive advantages, and investments required

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product, marketing and pricing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience and have a proven track record in project management.

  • A master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred.

  • Advanced experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and Braze preferred), Power Point and Microsoft 365.

  • Efficiency in using excel, gather insights, and analyze data.

  • Experience in performing research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review.

  • A background in financial services and payment is preferred, as well as international exposure.

  • Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, and experience in budget management

  • Experience coordinating and communicating with cross-functional global team members from Analysts to Executive Management levels.

  • Strong relationship building expertise with internal business stakeholders and external partners.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 3,283 – 5,217 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which include long-term incentives) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
