We are looking for a standout Analyst to join our Global Pricing Strategy team with a passion for jumping into datasets, recommending value-adding actions then helping execute those actions. The Global Pricing Strategy team acts as a center of excellence for how we manage the commercial and pricing lifecycle.
As the Analyst, Pricing Strategy you will report into the Pricing Strategy Leader with two key mandates: you will be the data powerhouse, ensuring we can create flexible and repeatable pricing tools and generate insights from both clean and messy data, and you will be a thought partner, helping the Pricing Strategy Leader and other business leaders turn your analysis into impactful initiatives. This is a role and team that has an extremely high level of visibility across a truly global FinTech.
Success as the Analyst, Pricing Strategy requires an individual who is curious with their analytics and hungry to tease out hidden insights, who is highly adaptable in ambiguous environments and who is looking to hone their skills in both analytics and in world-class problem solving.
Role Responsibilities
- Data analysis: design, execute and automate processes to run and optimize the regional business. You will autonomously build your own analyses and dashboards then use them to recommend insights to the Pricing Strategy Leader.
- Experiment: turn your analyses into experiments to find opportunity areas for the Global Pricing Strategy team and for regional leaders.
- Strategic Projects: assist in the framing, coordination and management of strategic pricing projects. This may extend from managing project KPIs to creating and implementing strategic frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: be comfortable presenting your ideas to senior leaders and creating buy-in for your recommendations.
- Revenue Management: Model impacts from pricing on latest forecasts across a full P&L & provide insightful analysis which will be presented to senior leadership so as they can make informed decisions.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative function (e.g., Business, Economics, or Math)
- 2-3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- A hunger to become a well-rounded superstar – we need someone who can do analytics AND be a general athlete when needed.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and the use of analytics to solve business problems.
- Experience using data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx and MS Excel and using SQL queries and Python to manipulate large datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses in a simple manner to a large audience.
- Expertise using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) needed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is a plus.

Salary
The salary range is $80,000 – $110,000 per year. This role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
