As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on expanding our agent network and strengthening existing relationships in the Saudi market. Your role will be pivotal in identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new agents, and increasing in-store performance. From acquisition through to end-to-end sales, you’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in marketing, operations, compliance, and finance to ensure agents meet strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new agents in Saudi Arabia.
- Drive agent performance through acquisition and in-store growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agent compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Travel as required within the Kingdom to manage relationships and ensure business execution.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within retail banking, cards, payments, or account management.
- A strong track record in solution-based selling and business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi banking and financial regulations.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
