Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supply chain operation supporting EU, Africa, and Asia for Agent Hardware and Marketing materials.

  • Managing all outsource vendor relationships, performance, day-to-day activities, and results including contract renewal and compliance. 

  • Designing, implementing and monitoring metrics by which vendor performance is measured, as well as the definition of supply chain processes and distribution networks to ensure point-of-sale (POS) hardware and marketing/promotional items are delivered to agents across countries and geographies.

  • Manage all financial and budget planning of the function.

  • Act as Project Manager for strategic initiatives related to the function.

  • Manage more than 8 warehouses in EU, 4 Global Technology partners, and support more than 15 countries.

Role Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain operations or equivalent. 

  • Strong understanding of vendor management, Operations, process development, analysis, and improvement. 

  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and to work under pressure.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Strong communication and negotiation, skills.

  • Basic financial analysis and knowledge in business accounting.

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Continued improvement, Power Automate, or Robotics is a plus.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 3,283 – 5,216 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
