Role Responsibilities 

  • This position’s primary responsibility is to examine submitted agreements to ensure consistency and accuracy across all required documentation. This includes verifying personal identification documents, BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) filings, and financial records such as voided checks, business registration certificates, and articles of incorporation. The position also entails the implementation of changes in complex and critical databases such as consumer general information, banking details, agent commissions, etc.
  • Changes to these databases have a direct impact on a company’s ability to perform operations as well as accuracy behind financial reports. Supports implementation/integration or phases of larger implementation/integration projects which include research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, and training.
  • Responsible for agent full life cycle of database maintenance integrity and recoverability, including post rollout review. Performs under continuous alert mode and awareness of the task’s impact. Relates well cross-culturally and cross-functionally to perform responsibilities which are dependent on external input.
  • Accountable for the overall performance of the key transaction support database environment, which is maintained through the processing of requests within Standard Response Times and priorities, and according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Identifying the underlying cause of a problem, approach with solutions to prevent its recurrence.
  • Detects, corrects, or escalates errors or inconsistencies in already existing records to actively contribute towards ‘database integrity’.

Role Requirements 

  • Student or graduate with a university degree in accounting or business administration.
  • 2-3 years’ related experience in Operations industry.
  • Must be fluent advanced in English and Spanish (B2+ in grammar and spelling) with excellent communication skills.
  • It is necessary to have knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, Power Bi and Power Automate.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
  • Requires a high level of accuracy, reliability, commitment, and responsibility to ensure that mission critical business technical requests are correctly applied into the production environment.   
  • Innovation and continue process improvement mindset across the enrollment and maintenance process.  
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.
