Role Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Accounting team, effectively managing staff positions to ensure optimal workload distribution, resource allocation, prioritization of tasks, and resolution of escalated issues,

Assume accountability for the execution of daily and monthly routine processes and controls, including daily reconciliation, journal entry reviews, coordination of month-end close activities, and oversight of monthly account reconciliations,

Engage in business projects by developing settlements for new products and adapting processes to meet evolving business requirements,

Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective communication,

Provide leadership in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency,

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement are provided.
Role Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics or a similar field,
-
4-6 years of experience in accounting and 1-2 year experience in leadership would be an advantage,

Good understanding of what impacts financial statements and how it links with accounting, tax, treasury, and other parts of business,

Being analytically minded as well as customer focused. If you have the desire and ability to take a strong leadership role and can influence actions to create real change then this could be the perfect role,

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment,

Customer-orientated approach,

English required, written and verbal.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,416 – 4,000 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
