As the Business Intelligence and Revenue Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across the region by combining analytics, pricing strategy, market and customer insights. You will lead the development and implementation of revenue optimization initiatives while building scalable BI frameworks that support commercial growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Role Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence

  • Design and maintain BI systems, dashboards, and tools to deliver actionable insights to commercial, marketing, product, and executive teams.
  • Develop KPI frameworks for performance tracking and decision-making across channels and customer segments.
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, structure, and accessibility.
  • Monitor corridor-level performance metrics to understand local drivers of growth, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey, including risk, payments, and verification—to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics across customer behavior, product usage, and marketing effectiveness to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Payments, Marketing) to address performance issues and optimize processes.

Revenue Management

  • Own pricing and revenue optimization strategies across key markets and channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitor pricing to make data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to align pricing with value proposition and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Identify margin enhancement opportunities and recommend trade-off scenarios between volume, price, and cost.
  • Analyze and benchmark existing pricing structures against competitors to identify opportunities for revenue growth and increased transaction volume.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an optimized pricing framework across all APAC corridors.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Build and refine revenue forecasting models using historical trends, leading indicators, and market intelligence.
  • Support strategic planning cycles with deep dive analytics, scenario modeling, and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Support business forecasting, case development, and performance reporting across APAC markets.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, performance risks, and opportunities to influence commercial strategy.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making and board reporting

Key Skills & Tools:

  • Data & Analytics: Snowflake SQL, Excel, VBA, Adobe Analytics
  • Utilize data tools such as Snowflake SQL, Excel, VBA, and Adobe Analytics to extract insights and drive actionable recommendations
  • Business Acumen: Pricing strategy, revenue management, customer journey analysis
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes, performance gaps, and improvement areas
  • Collaboration: Cross-functional teamwork with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Ops teams
  • Communication: Clear presentation of insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical rigor and process optimization mindset

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, pricing/revenue management, or strategy roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with pricing tools, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change.
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred.
