Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing agent partners across your territory.
-
Act as a key point of contact, supporting daily operations, sharing insights, and helping agents maximize their performance.

Onboard and activate new agents, providing training and guidance to ensure a smooth launch.
-
Conduct regular in-person visits to agent locations, offering coaching, troubleshooting, and strategic support.
-
Analyze performance trends to identify growth opportunities and drive results.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve agent queries, streamline processes, and deliver excellent service.
-
Champion Western Union’s brand and values in the field, building loyalty and long-term engagement.
Role Requirements:
-
Proven experience in account management, partner support, or outside sales—ideally within financial services or field-based operations.
-
Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, consultative approach to client engagement.
-
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment.
-
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
-
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
