In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the intake, coordination, and facilitation of architecture-related project requests for the Architecture Review Board (ARB). This individual ensures seamless alignment between architects, enforces enterprise standards, and optimizes ARB processes by maintaining structured workflows, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in process management, with a strong understanding of process administration, architectural governance, technology review processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new Engineering and Architecture project requests for review within the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
- Oversee workflow execution to ensure efficient request processing, compliance with review procedures, timely decision-making, etc..
- Ensure alignment between architects & developers by coordinating communication and resource sharing between different architecture domains (e.g., Cloud, Enterprise, Security, Data).
- Organize & schedule Pre-ARB Enablement Sessions to help stakeholders prepare for formal ARB discussions.
- Facilitate pre-review activities, ensuring teams have the necessary support and clearly understand enterprise standards, required artifacts, and expectations before presenting to the ARB.
- Coordinate solutioning and stakeholder meetings as needed to streamline requests and ensure the involvement of the right architecture and engineering teams.
- Facilitate ARB meetings, ensuring discussions are productive and aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
- Publish meeting minutes, capture action items, and track follow-ups to ensure decisions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain and distribute key ARB materials, including procedural details, governance expectations, and architectural standards. Create, maintain, and distribute ARB documentation, including guidelines, expectations, reference resources, procedural updates, etc.
- Track and report key metrics, such as review cycle times, approval rates, governance adherence, etc.
- Continuously optimize ARB workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain and develop knowledge resources for architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to improve clarity on architectural expectations.
Role Requirements
- Experience and/or Education in Business Administration, Technology, IT governance, Reviews, Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Process/Project Administration, or related fields.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, work ethics, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with process administration, enterprise technology standards, architectural decision frameworks, and compliance models.
- Proficiency in workflow management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Desire to innovate and enhance efficiency.

Salary
The on-target earning range is $65,000 – $80,000 per year, which includes a base salary and variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
