In this role, you will be a part of the Western Union User Acceptance Testing team who work on strategic initiatives in ensuring software quality, by validating customers’ user experience and ensuring that created software matches business requirements. As a Software Tester, you will be preparing and executing test cases, working with developers and product owners in an Agile team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality and great user experience of WU’s products.
  • Preparing and executing test cases, reporting bugs, and working with developers and Product Owners in an Agile team.
  • Contribute to the creation of global web products used in 200+ countries around the world.
  • Learn and develop your skills with internal and external certifications and training programs.

Role Requirements:  

  • 1+ years of experience in the software testing field (QA or UAT) or software development industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize among many tasks while working with high accuracy.
  • Previous experience with Jira, Agile teams (SAFe, Scrum) or test automation tools is an advantage.
