Product Business Analyst

As a Product Business Analyst, you will assist in the development and execution of product requirements, and document business and operational processes. You will also conduct comparative analysis against competitors and provides strategic planning of product directions and features.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead limited scope systems projects to support product or regulatory needs, developing business intelligence reports and user testing efforts and consistently meeting project deadlines while completing thorough documentation and information sharing throughout.
• Conducts comparative analysis against competitors and provides strategic planning of product direction and features.
• Collect business requirements from stakeholders, and write business stories and Epics.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and scorecards to track key performance metrics from multiple data sources.
• Duties include translating complex business requirements into technical design and ensures regulatory authority and user architecture needs are followed while acting as a liaison between business operations, support departments such as Finance, Compliance and Security, and developers
• Be tasked with "thinking out of the box" and creating clear recommendations on specific project

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Banking, Payments or similar others.
• 2+ years' of experience in Project Management and/or Product Management
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Scrum or Agile experience
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Business Analyst or similar role within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on the LACA region.
• Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including regulatory considerations, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in LACA.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
