Role Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Western Union Call Center Partners.

  • Provide reliable reporting, analysis, and insights to optimize Partner performance.

  • Communicate and present complex information to the management team and influence Partners to deliver results through accurate data, reporting, insights and analytics.

  • Effectively handle approvals and escalations from Partners, as well as assist with various ad-hoc tasks and reports.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience working with data and providing insights.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI with the ability to process and present data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively lead discussions and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Problem solving skills to determine the root cause and come up with potential solutions.

  • Time management to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,858 – 2,733 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
