As Director, you will play a key role in building the future of financial inclusion, delivering cutting-edge digital products, expanding our omni-channel presence, and fostering trusted relationships with customers and partners. Reporting to regional leadership, this role requires a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend strategy with execution, ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of customers and partners alike.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to increase market share, grow revenue, and drive sustainable profitability across all channels.
- Spearhead the launch of groundbreaking digital products and services while optimizing existing solutions for inbound and outbound remittances.
- Create seamless customer experiences by integrating online and offline platforms, ensuring we remain at the forefront of cross-border payments.
- Manage the P&L with precision, ensuring strong revenue growth, effective cost management, and profitability.
- Collaborate with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and technology providers to enhance offerings and market presence.
- Deepen engagement with key stakeholders and clients by delivering value-driven solutions and exceptional service.
- Implement best practices in efficiency, compliance, and risk management while driving alignment with global strategies.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Role Requirements
- Proven Leadership Experience: At least 10 to 15 years in senior management roles, with expertise in digital products, financial platforms, or payments.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital innovation, launching new products, and achieving market expansion.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across digital and physical channels.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to navigate change, embrace technology, and drive growth in complex and fast-evolving markets.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, building relationships, and inspiring teams.
- Deep understanding of the technologies shaping cross-border payments and digital ecosystems.
