Role Responsibilities 

As a Process Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and managing our global Change Management processes. This is a critical role with global responsibilities.

  • Enterprise Change Enablement Process Engineering: Design, implement, and manage the Western Union Enterprise Change Management Process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Capacity Planning: Provide guidance, planning and direction for business unit(s) on budgets and proactive allocation of resources to ensure the highest process execution standard.

  • Daily Process Execution: Oversee daily operations of the designated processes, ensuring outputs meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) while optimizing process efficiency.

  • Quality and Compliance: Guarantee the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Enterprise Change Management Process, ensuring adherence to Western Union policies, regulations, and applicable industry standards.

  • Continual Service Improvement: ensure the enterprise Change Enablement practice is constantly and consistently evaluated, improvement opportunities are identified and addressed, this way ensuring maturity extension.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Technology, Product, and other business units to ensure a unified and efficient approach to change management, enhancing service delivery and achieving service availability targets.

Role Requirements

  • For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • You will have a solid number of years of experience in Process Management and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) with at least 3 years of experience in a process management/managerial position.

  • Proven Experience in Change Management: Strong background in managing complex IT change processes.

  • Process Design Expertise: Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise-wide change management processes aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess the impact of changes on IT services, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining efficiency and availability.

  • ITSM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Governance frameworks like ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and COBIT, with relevant certifications being advantageous.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless integration of change management practices. Strong business writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in English language is a must

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, applications, ITSM toolset (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead process improvements, ensure policy compliance, and influence stakeholder adoption of standardized practices.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on compliance and process quality, analytical, problem-solving, data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Adaptability: Agile in responding to changing business needs and committed to continuous process improvement.

  • Additionally: Experience operating and governing a managed service environment, Lean or Six Sigma certification will be your advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 4250 – 5415 euro. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
