This role will manage assigned Account Development Executives (ADEs), as well as develop a regional strategy and execute plans to increase transactions, revenue and profit through your team/regional leadership.
Role Responsibilities
- Manages 3-4 Account Development Executives (ADEs).
- Hire, train, coach and mentor ADEs to achieve their performance goals.
- Drive a culture of “Getting It Done” & “Doing It Right” through ownership, accountability and execution.
- Create strategy, provide direction, prioritization and co-development of territory plans designed to maximize attainment of OKRs & KPIs.
- Understand, communicate, and reinforce compliance regulations, codes, standards, and requirements.
- Accountable for all channels, brands and products, account management, marketing, sales, and overall network performance in the assigned region.
- Key deliverables include transaction volume, revenue, distribution, merchandising and service quality for the company portfolio of services in
- Designated Marketing Areas (DMAs). Example: Montreal & Ottawa
- This position will require regular weekly travel within a defined region.
Role Requirements
- Project Management, strategic planning, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in English and French highly preferred. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in multiple languages desirable
- Proven leadership skills, demonstrated negotiation skills, and strong business acumen.
- A minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in sales or other relevant fields is required.
- Previous experience in a sales management role preferred.
- Performance management and sales coaching within the field to meet and exceed transaction and revenue growth objectives in your assigned region.
- Valid Driver’s License is required as this position requires regular travel within a defined region.
- Prior money transfer or financial services experience is preferred.

Salary
The base salary range is $90,000-$100,000 CAD with an on-target earnings range of $140,000-$150,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
