In this field-based role, you’ll support agents across the North Rhine-Westphalia region by conducting on-site inspections, delivering training, and helping implement effective AML programs. Whether you're building on existing compliance experience or transitioning from a related field, this is a chance to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored AML training and provide practical resources to strengthen agents’ compliance capabilities.
  • Analyze transaction data, identify suspicious activity, and escalate findings to law enforcement when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with your regional AML team to enhance compliance strategies and initiatives.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with agents, ensuring timely remediation of any identified issues.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in AML, investigations, or risk roles in financial services is ideal—but career changers from legal, commercial, or administrative backgrounds are welcome too.
  • Analytical mindset and strong communication skills are a must.
  • Valid driver’s license required – regular travel to agent locations (approximately 70% of the time), with a company car provided.
  • Confident communicator – you’ll deliver AML training to varied audiences.
  • People-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
