The Senior Associate, Solution engineering has a significant role in realizing the vision of the strategy and ensuring that products and services are developed with the needs of our customers in mind. This role has significance in system stability analysis and using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.
Role Responsibilities
- To maintain and manage different Middleware Technologies on AWS cloud platform.
- Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
- Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
- Provide coaching to junior associates.
- Works independently on medium to complex complexity projects.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, support, teams in designing and deploying various application solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Role Requirements
- 4 – 5 years of software development experience
- Hands on experience with TIBCO Active Business Works (BW) 6.X, TIBCO BWCE, 5.X, TIBCO Runtime Agent & Processes, Palettes & Grouping.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline, automate deployment using Jenkins, Ansible.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud.
- Good understanding of XML parsing and Oracle DB/SQL Programming.
- Experience with Web services & SOA – XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, Web Services & SOA, REST Services
- Knowledge on TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) JMS & Rendezvous.
- Understanding of TIBCO Administrator Classic, TIBCO Enterprise Administrator -Deployment & Monitoring.
- Experience with TIBCO Active Spaces -Leeches & Seeders, Palettes, BW Plugin for AS
- Good understanding of Core Java and Java Palettes.
- Efficiency in using cloud native technologies to build applications.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
