The User Acceptance Testing Business Analyst is part of the Product Support Team that delivers system changes for iCare and CTM, the main two desktop applications used by Western Union CSRs, CTM and ICare.

Role Responsibilities

  • Creating test cases for the stories being deployed as part of the sprint.
  • Maintaining and creating regression documents for bigger initiatives testing.
  • Coordinating assignation of stories and testing among the testing team.
  • Testing the stories’ requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Providing the overall UAT signoff for every sprint.
  • Facilitating demos to the requesters to explain the changes and gain approval to proceed to production
  • Providing Production and lower environment support for issues raised by the users.
  • Approving application accesses for users in Production and lower environments.
  • Providing postproduction testing after every release

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience performing testing or as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with the Microsoft office package
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology

Preferred Skills

  • Perform automation testing and coordinate automation deployment readiness.
