In this role, we expect you to be responsible for a location with more than 50 people in direct charge. It is important that you are a leader close to the business and people.

Role Responsibilities

  • In this role, you are in charge of overseeing and supporting the daily operations of a number of Western Union branches, ensuring that they adhere to company policies while increasing sales transactions and maintaining superior service quality to customers.
  • Create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity, and compliance with legal corporate and regulatory procedures.
  • Manage a team of Senior Tellers, coach them and act as their point of contact for all operational and system-related questions.
  • People administration reports to present to the business.
  •  Participate in different projects.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or be a student in Business Administration, Human Resources or related and need 3 years’ experience working as a supervisor in a retail environment.
  • You’ll need 3 or more years’ experience in people management, big and dynamic groups.
  • You should have used your leadership to obtain business results and quality customer services.
  • Teamwork oriented. Results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate English level (B1) is desirable and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (desirable).
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Need your own car and driver's license. You must be available to travel.
  • You’ll need strong communication skills. The key for this role is that you have a strong leadership profile, adaptation to change and have a desire to learn and motivate others.
