In this role, you will become a member of our Government Sanctions and Interdiction (GSI) department where you will be responsible for providing support on our AML Compliance programs. Work is likely to be a mix of both on-line and off-line duties.

Role Responsibilities

  • Performing money transfer management and information verification.

  • Conducting investigations and making decisions following AML procedures.

  • Handling Customer or Agent inquiries received over the phone or email.

  • Helping the business look at ways of improving its customer experience and making recommendations on any process improvements.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory. Other languages will be considered a plus.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Independent decision-making skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems at the same time.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays), according to business needs.

  • Experience in Customer Service and/or AML Compliance field would be an advantage.

  • College/University degree is a plus.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1041 – 1783 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
