Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to provide AML support to our own channel and regional agents to help them comply to our polices. You will assist in developing programs, polices & procedures for agents to meet regulatory obligations and minimize loss. Your role will be to evaluate the agents existing AML controls through compliance reviews and discuss the findings with actions points for the agent if required. This may also mean you need to provide training if required. You will also be asked to provide regular reports to your managers with your feedback. In addition, you will have a key role within the Regional Field Support team handling executive compliance escalations while completing day-to-day tasks, projects, and audit request.

For such a detail-oriented role, we require you to have 3 or more years of experience in compliance with a focused on Anti Money Laundering from a banking, payments industry or multinational. You’ll need a degree in law, accounting or related. You will need to be analytically minded as problem solving will be a regular part of the job. Communication is key as you will be interacting with agents and colleagues regularly and this should a strength. You’ll need advanced English and advanced Microsoft Office.
