Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll look to you to process incoming and outgoing payments from business clients, while assuring that specific guidelines and criteria are met. You’ll use your keen eye for detail to review data received from internal/external parties, monitor payments, and validate the data input ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained. You’ll monitor, process, and validate outbound transactions, ensuring that items are verified within the service-level agreement, that they meet currency cut off and ensuring that payments are released in accordance with local routing requirements. We require you to review data received from internal/external parties, compiling beneficiary templates for customers to utilize. Monitor Western Union Business Solution (WUBS) Systems and validate the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met, ensure all input is correct and escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.
We need you to be self-motivated team player who is focused on giving the highest level of customer service, have strong analytical skills and very attentive to detail. You must have great attitude and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. We require you to be fluent in English, both written and verbal (81% – B2+). We need you to have strong ability to multitask using internal database systems, capable of making independent decisions with a results-oriented approach, and adaptability to work both individually and within a team. Work schedule 3:00pm to 10:00pm with Friday and Saturday off.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
