Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
Join us as a Digital Payments Associate based in Western Union’s Regional Operations Center (ROC) located in Vilnius. You will be responsible for monitoring payment flow, reprocessing failed refunds and completing day-to-day customer and bank partners escalation handling processes ensuring timely resolution. You might need to use your keen observer skills for analyzing and recognizing specific patterns and identifying any possible ongoing issues. Additionally, you will be working closely with internal and external partners ensuring timely incident resolution.
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- The ability to take on responsibility and work successfully in a self-motivated environment
- Customer centricity and willingness to learn each day
- An enthusiasm for working within a team

The annual gross base salary range is 12 566,25 – 21 542,92 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
