Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to provide financial and administrative services within the Accounts Payable department. This includes daily vendor profile set up, payments processing, and correction and inactivation. Utilizing your problem-solving skills, you’ll answer queries from external and internal customers. You’ll be responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting, and you’ll make a difference by establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned business units.

• English required, written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree or working toward a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, and deadline-driven environment
• Communication and customer service skills

The annual gross base salary range is 9 215 -15 799 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
