We are looking for Solution Architect who can form and lead a highly technical and dynamic team. This team will be responsible to build and maintain our next generation software.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers with a broad range of responsibilities including software architecture, design, development, unit testing and software configuration management
• Build software that is optimized, well organized and maintainable
• Monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management
• Partner with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements
• Coordinate architecture review, oversight, and implementation in conjunction with the WU-Architecture team
• Invest time daily on all projects to remove impediments and provide solutions to technical challenges and make escalations as necessary.

What we require:

• 11+ years of relevant software development experience with focus on leading teams to deliver technology focused projects preferred
• Extensive prior experience in architecting, developing applications and solutions
• Experience is designing and implementing high performance, mission critical applications
• Experience in executing large scale technology modernization projects
• Deep understanding of Microservices and Event driven architecture
• Excellent knowledge of databases including Relational Data Design, NoSQL & Big Data technologies
• Thorough understanding of Application Security Models
• Experience in implementing DevOps and exposure to all DevOps areas like Source Control, Continuous Integration, Infra Automation, Continuous Deployment

Technical Area of Expertise:

• Microservices development experience using Java SpringBoot is a must
• Data Structures and Design Patterns
• RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL etc.
• NoSQL databases like Couchbase, MongoDB etc.
• Web development experience using Angular is preferable
• Experience in developing and deploying applications in AWS Cloud

Strong communication skills with ability to interact with internal and external partners globally
