Better requires process discipline and simplification

You will serve as a technical resource and assessor of infrastructure protection technologies, at the same time will be the liaison between Information Technology teams in Argentina and the broader Cyber Security Team. You will oversee monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems and databases by defining and implementing the best information security practices and technologies to ensure the appropriate protection of WU’s data.

You’ll serve as a technical expert for enterprise security operations, managing, reviewing, and building key management systems and assisting with strategic initiatives around future security infrastructure and tools.

You’ll need 3 to 5 years of previous experience supporting Cyber Security teams within a multinational company. A University Career in Computer Science or a related field that backs up your technical knowledge of the industry security standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT 2019. You will bring to the table good soft skills in communication, leadership, time management, and working with cross-cultural teams. Would be desirable if you possess any of these abilities as well: Identity and Access Management, knowledge of the principal security control IPS, WAF, AVM, SIEM, DDoS, Web technologies (scripting, SSL, HTTP/s), and some knowledge of WAN/LAN/ Cloud networking. All of these will make you stand out in this role.
