Better requires process discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to oversee the planning, design, and execution of our internal IT audit activities. You will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls and report on these findings to senior management with your recommendations. You will work closely with senior members of the audit team to evaluate business and information technology risks and assist in developing the audit approach. You will also perform audit testing and from your findings, you will collaborate with different business partners to establish remediation action plans.

For such a detail-oriented role, you’ll have 2-4 years of experience in external or internal IT audits. You will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or an information technology discipline. You’ll have demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to digest the information and come up with a resolution on how to handle those pieces. You’ll be a self-starter and be able to multitask different audit projects.  You will be curious and have the ability to question items and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,192.21 – $121,476.45. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
