Better starts and ends with the customer
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining capabilities that deliver value as guided by the Product portfolio and by the Sr. Product Manager. You will gather market and user feedback, document requirements, conduct analysis and outline key value proposition options to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies. You will lead and support the team in the prioritization exercises of the Team Backlog when required and provide leadership to the team by removing roadblocks, dependencies and addressing issues.
For such a pivotal role, you should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of progressive experience in customer-facing product management/strategy, customer experience, or customer operations strategy. You will be personable, inspirational, and full of big ideas, you also need to make sure that they are rigorous, strategic, and detail oriented. It is desirable that you also have experience driving complex quantitative and qualitative analyses with the ability to synthesize strategic implications. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
