Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a Business Analyst, you will define, create, illustrate, and present UX/UI retail product roadmaps, mockups, frames, process flows, sitemaps, concept capabilities, and solutions for Western Union’s retail POS systems and customer experience journey. You will liaison between Platform and Product, and key business stakeholders to define these product requirements.

To exceed in this role, you will have 3 plus years of experience in business analysis or product management in an agile environment and the knowledge of UI/UX design usability. You will also be well-versed to guide and drive the Scrum team to deliver projects on the defined roadmap with hands-on experience in JIRA. You will need to have complex problem-solving and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
