Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will be responsible for the Project Management process that encourages stakeholder involvement, feedback, objective metrics, and effective controls. You will facilitate and coordinate the activities and team members involved in the implementation and completion of these complex projects. You will develop, track, and manage project milestones, project plans, timelines, and scope. You will also identify business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
For this role, you will have 4+ years of experience working with Lean and Agile methodologies and a certification CSM . You must have experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for an Agile team that was applying Scrum principles, practices. Should have experience with Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement. SAFE principles knowledge will be an added advantage.
