We'll be looking to you to develop strategic recommendations and implement initiatives to improve the revenue, profit, and competitive position of Western Union. You will work closely with the Consumer Money Transfer Retail and Digital Go To Market (GTM) teams and collaborate with technology partners to design and deploy pricing strategies, tactics and measurement tools to drive revenue and customer acquisition. You'll also develop and analyze customer and competitor insights to propose new revenue opportunities for the region.
For this role, you'll need to have 3 – 6 years of experience in pricing within the retail/consumer industry with a proven track record in growing market share, revenue, and profit. You must be proficient in database querying with SQL and have a strong understanding of Pricing Strategy to include Price Elasticity, Value-based and Penetration strategies.

The annual gross base salary range is $83,909 – $143,195. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. The total compensation will also include a bonus structure that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
