You will be responsible for facility management activities that range from supporting capital improvement projects to monitoring our dedicated infrastructure. You will also plan and manage the real estate portfolio, coordinating third-party suppliers such as engineers, contractors, and service vendors. You will maintain the built environment by integrating people, places, processes and technology, as well as preparing operating reports and managing budgets. You will own the repair and maintenance programs and ensure that safe working environments are promoted for all our employees within your designated region.
We’ll need you to have at least 7 + years of relevant work experience in facilities management, general maintenance and personnel oversight in an office environment. An expert at managing renovation process and lease administration, you will have had budgetary responsibilities also managing third party suppliers. You will need a positive attitude to find solutions to assist the wider business. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
