Better starts and ends with the customer 

You’ll be part of a diverse global team driving new ways of working and helping define the future state of our platform. You’ll be primarily responsible for planning and conducting the operational implementation, such as customer retention programs and process improvements. You’ll manage key projects, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction for front-office employees and agents while maintaining optimum service quality. You will provide support to Agent partners and the sales teams to quickly solve service disruptions by the development and optimization of sales support tools. Your role will be to ensure Network Agents fully comply with worldwide operating policies and service standards, and you will be reporting activities to the Turkish Regulator. You will also manage customer complaints in Turkey and providing support and training to the Customer Call Center on products and market knowledge. You will resolve any operational challenges in relation to Agents by working with relevant internal departments, such as the technical support teams or legal.

For such a critical role, you will need to have a solid number of years of experience having performed a similar role within a financial services or payments industry. Strong customer experience and being analytically minded is required. You must demonstrate that you’re an exceptional communicator and have experience in managing operational excellence.
