Better starts and ends with the customer

You will act as a bank investigator, meaning you will work with inquiries from business partners and banks related to processed customer transactions. You will also work with reconciliation anomalies that require investigation with other departments and banks. You will manage investigation cases in case management system, ensuring prompt and successful case resolution.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • A high school degree is required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration is preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the financial services or payments industry

  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated to learn quickly

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks

  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment

The annual gross base salary range is 14,099 – 24,171 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
