Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll look to you to ensure the successful delivery of regular Operations reporting ensuring that analysis and regular report supports the achievements of Operations teams’ Key Performance Indicators and high-quality services of customer transactions.  You’ll participate in assigned reporting projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status report implementation and post rollout review.  Using your analytical skills, you will create and analyse data for reporting, identify trends, and assist with analysis and reports to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration

• Experience within Financial Services – ideally payments

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English with strong verbal, writing, and listening skills; another spoken language is a plus

• Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer-centric approach

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks

The annual gross base salary range is 12,566 – 21,542 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
