We’ll be looking for you to develop reports for all levels of Western Union’s Global Operations organization that help describe our business overall, help identify whether our processes are effective, and provide Western Union leadership with timely and accurate information to make excellent decisions quickly. You would be able to help other team members through peer-review of SQL and reports and dashboards. Your role is vital to visualize data in ways that tell the information story clearly and compellingly.

For this role, we need you to have analytical skills and a background in developing reports and dashboards. You should have experience and familiarity with standard SQL common databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle. You should have experience with enterprise-level data presentation and analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI. Your ability to popularize and simplify technical metrics and calculations in ways that our audience can quickly and intuitively understand will help you succeed in this role. You will need to be a proficient English speaker.

The annual gross base salary range is 20,786 – 38,514 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
