Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to manage Payments Product requirements, define and document business and operational processes, and end to end delivery for new features and capabilities. You need to collect business requirements from stakeholders and write business stories and Epics. You need to manage Sprint requirements and backlog, as well as UAT efforts. You have experience at a Global Payment- E-commerce or Fintech Companies. You can interact with internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions. Interaction with various groups around the globe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks. Be tasked with "thinking out of the box" and creating clear recommendations on specific projects.
For such a detail-driven role, you will have at least an undergraduate degree in business or engineering. 3-5 years of product experience, or equivalent. You have experience in online fraud risk mitigation (preferable). Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). You have experience in writing database SQL/HQL queries (preferable). You have experience in Agile processes and frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Safe. Experience in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc. You should demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills. You can effectively communicate business requirements. You can manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently
