Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a leader within our global compliance department, we’ll be looking to you to provide efficient and effective support to the compliance department via finance and budget management, workforce planning and staffing, and vendor management and third party spend. You will play a critical role in the functioning of our Compliance department globally.

For such a critical role, you’ll have 5 to 7 years of experience in a complex financial services and compliance environment. You’ll also have a high degree of professionalism and demonstrated experience managing external vendor relationships and collaborating with multiple departments. We’ll look to you to show experience managing workforce issues and analysis. You will also be comfortable performing budget forecasting and working closely with the executive team. AML Compliance experience is of value for this role, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessary. Indeed, you will be the face of our global compliance department.

Annual base salary gross: $98,080-163,467. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
