We will be looking to you to lead finance teams and the financial analysis in all aspects of business operations to support revenue growth, expand operating margins, and support resource prioritization to maximize profits and return on investments in accordance with the company strategy for our product team.  You will be a critical reviewer of strategic initiatives and financial performance to assess near and long-term business risks and opportunities and present your findings to senior business leaders.  You’ll oversee performance, tracking analytics, and building out models.

For such a pivotal role, you will have 10 years of experience working with financial impact, statements, and leading a team within a multinational organization.  You will have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field of study.  You’ll have strong financial acumen who understands and can clearly articulate complex business issues.  You will demonstrate solid negotiation and influencing skills with cross-functional business leaders to facilitate the achievement of the organization’s financial objectives. You’ll be capable of developing an educated position, building consensus, and delivering on multiple priorities simultaneously.  You will have excellent communication, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.  Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The ontarget earnings range is $194,148.15-$323,580.25, which includes a base salary of $138,677.25 $231,128.75, shortterm (20% of base), and longterm (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes shortterm incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to bestinclass development platforms, to name a few!
