Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible to understand requirements, connecting with external and internal teams to clarify requirements, and undertake impact analysis. You’ll write user stories, conduct elaboration (grooming) meetings, resolve the team’s techno-functional queries along with extract data from databases (need good knowledge of SQL). You’ll deliver integration projects and conduct data analysis. You’ll be instrumental in identifying improvements and optimization opportunities in existing products and services along with seeking clarifications from other teams and resolve the team’s functional queries. You will take ownership of end-to-end project deliveries from a product standpoint.

You’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree with 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 3 years as a Product Owner in Agile teams working in the BFSI or payments sector. You will be confident in producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools like SQL, Hadoop, and PowerBI. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong negotiation and convincing skills. You’ll know everything about Agile, and CSPO / any other PO certification is a must. You’ll have experience working on Payment’s domain and working on Integration projects along with high-level knowledge of API protocols is expected. You’ll possess good networking skills, the ability to navigate through a matrix organization
