Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking for you to focus on building relationships and rapport with corporate leads in the sector by adding your personal sales touch through prospecting, developing a network and leveraging referrals. You will be adept at identifying and closing opportunities through leveraging Western Union Business Solutions diverse product range and capabilities as well as have a strong ability to close opportunities through your ability to make a lasting impression and build trusting partnership between yourself and the customer.  

You will need to be highly self-motivated, confident with high integrity and a strong tenacity to outperform the competition. You’ll be financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a fast-paced environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets. You’ll also need to possess a good understanding of consultative sales principles and be adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships. You will have 5+ years of experience selling FX/payments solutions, ideally within the medical, non-profit or education industry.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. Annual base salary gross:  80,806.59 to 133,591.53 USD/year + commission

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
