Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will be responsible for working with business and technology stakeholders and product teams to build solutions & processes, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. You must also be able to partner effectively with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, to drive business success as well as with IT leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and to identify & prioritize enhancements based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, and compliance).
You should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow Implementation experience and developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules. You should have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and a fair understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management (Software/ Hardware) modules. You should have experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID Server, etc.) and experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell. You should have experience working with relational databases. Performs integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer will be added advantage, would be a real plus.
