Better requires process discipline and simplification 

You will contribute to the effectiveness of global operations teams by ensuring that requirements for strategic projects and programs are captured and solutions are delivered to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. You will collaborate with business partners, solutions delivery teams, and other cross-functional team members to document and map operational workflows and procedures. You’ll also recommend key metrics for tracking performance, developing, and managing complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards.   

We need you to have experience as a business analyst with a track record of delivering well-documented data requirements and working with relational database concepts, including writing moderately complex queries for ad hoc analysis. We expect you have either advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, and/or Alteryx, or project management experience/knowledge with the ability to drive projects to successful completion. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology will be considered as an advantage. You must have strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills, together with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
