Better requires process discipline and simplification

You will join the Digital Review Team (DRT), you will be responsible of multiple tasks that include analysing newly developed fraud patterns for digital transactions conducted on the company websites. We’ll be looking for you to perform analysis of transactions via real-time queues and post transaction reports. You will determine if transactions are fraudulent and should either be cancelled or processed. Also, you will be responsible for the investigation and reporting of fraud patterns to management, working with established guidelines in an organized and regulated work environment. You will monitor the flow of transactions and workload distribution within the team and provide support over the phone or email.

For such a detail-oriented role we need you to be self-motivated team player who is focused on giving the highest level of customer service, have strong analytical skills and very attentive to detail. You must have great attitude and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. We require you to be fluent in English, both written and verbal (81% – B2+) and Highschool education is required. We need you to have strong ability to multitask using internal database systems, capable of making independent decisions with a results-oriented approach, and adaptability to work both individually and within a team, and a willingness to work on weekends. Fluent in German is a plus.
