We will look to you to serve as a IAM Senior Business Analyst responsible for providing analysis, reporting, and delivery support for Identity and Access Management initiatives. You will leverage their experience within IAM disciplines and partner with capability leads, implementation teams, and business partners to gather requirements, onboard applications, gather metrics, and provide status updates for various capabilities and projects across the Cybersec organization. You will also be a team player, facilitating effective team interactions and fostering a positive work environment, you will be the face of the IAM program, representing core services and capabilities to business partners, application owners, and IT organizations. You are expected to engage with product teams to plan and complete work through agile sprints in alignment with identified roadmap goals and objectives and provides quality assurance services for deliverables. Finally, this is a key position to employ strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills to distill complex scenarios into business-friendly descriptions and communicate across multiple layers within the organization.
For such a pivot role you will have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst role gathering and documenting requirements and 1-3 years of working experience supporting various IAM disciplines. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies specific to requirements analysis, business processes analysis and modeling, preparing business design specifications, and logical data modeling is preferred. You will have Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical staff.
