Relentless pursuit of better

You’ll be owning the end-to-end processes in relation to Western Union’s Agent Commission for the entire Company. You will steer and develop a team in order to ensure they flawlessly execution the targets they have been set. Your team will build agent business cases as you manage different agent bonus schemes and prepare end of month reports. You will be seen as a finance partner to the business on various agent compensation matters and ensure there is an understanding and aligned with Internal policies & processes. You’ll collaborate with other departments to drive projects and initiatives within the organization, such as using technology wherever possible to find efficiencies and savings.

For this role, we require you to have a degree in Finance, Mathematics or a similar field. You’ll have to have a good understanding of what impacts financial statements and understand how it links with accounting, tax, treasury, and other parts of a business. We need you to have a blend of being analytically minded as well as customer focused. If you have the desire and ability to take a strong leadership role and can influence actions to create real change then this could be the perfect role. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The annual gross base salary range is 25,057 – 48,887 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
