Better Requires process discipline and simplification

You will be accountable for the development and implementation of new software, maintain and improve existing software. Also, you will recommend improvements to existing software programs and ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization. You will work with the software development team as well as Service providers in a geographically distributed structure. You’ll apply Agile methodology daily and follow the Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining 80% and unit test coverage and 70% integration test coverage. You’ll develop technical & domain expertise and apply it to solving product challenges along with estimating engineering effort, plan implementation, and roll out applications with cross-functional impacts.

Being a technical maestro, for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of software development experience along with demonstrated experience in Java, Servlet, JavaScript, Spring, Angular, any NoSQL DB, any RDBMS like MySQL, Oracle. You’ll have an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D. You’ll have capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards. You’ll know package, tools, techniques, libraries, reusable components to perform, optimize & troubleshoot complex technical tasks independently along with knowledge of design methodologies & patterns to translate high-level architectural solutions to detailed design.
