Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be responsible for overseeing a strategic country significant in revenue size. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall business, sales, marketing, operations, and financial performance. You will be responsible for fostering close collaboration and governance with critical internal counterparts including legal and compliance. You will develop and execute the strategic growth plans in partnership with leadership and country teams, oversee and develop omni-channel distribution and brand awareness. You will also increase performance targets in terms of volume, revenue, and margin as well as qualitative targets.  As a people manager, you will lead and coach a large team and you will use your management skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients and meet consumers to understand needs and meet objectives. You will be a key representative of the local entity for administration and legal governance with specific reporting to global Teams.

You will need to hold a degree in business and have at least a minimum of 6 years’ experience. You will need to have a background in financial services including expertise in working under regulated environments, very solid experience and track record in global cross-border payments and money movement ecosystems, payments product and integrated sales solutions, large sales prospecting and C-level relationship building, strategic and complex project governance. You have solid experience growing a business, managing a region with multiple countries and mastering budgeting and financial planning. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence all levels of the organisation.
