Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will be part of the Knowledge Team in the Platform Enablement organization, and you’ll maintain the documents required for regulatory training and daily reference within Platform Operations. We will be looking to you to develop, edit and present documents for approval and manage the approval process. You will transcribe the documentation processes through SharePoint and report on the status of documents to Senior Management. You will work with global teams to determine what documents are needed and assist in the development of new or existing procedures and services.
For such a crucial role, we prefer that you have experience working with Anti Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing regulations. You have excellent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing) and strong communication skills – written and verbal with an emphasis on writing. You have great attention to detail as well as analytical and process organizational skills. You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge is required.

The annual gross base salary range is 17,766 – 31,460 EUR . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short–term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best–in–class development platforms, to name a few!
